Optics \u901a\u8fc7\u5148\u8fdb\u7684\u79bb\u5b50\u675f\u523b\u8680\u6280\u672f\u548c\u591a\u5c42\u4ecb\u8d28\u819c\u9540\u819c\u65b9\u6848\uff0c\u6210\u529f\u89e3\u51b3\u4e86\u4e0a\u8ff0\u6280\u672f\u96be\u9898\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5149\u6805\u57fa\u5e95\u91c7\u7528\u8d85\u4f4e\u81a8\u80c0\u7cfb\u6570\u7684\u7194\u878d\u77f3\u82f1\u6216BK7\u5149\u5b66\u73bb\u7483\uff0c\u7ecf\u8fc7\u8d85\u7cbe\u5bc6\u629b\u5149\u548c\u4e25\u683c\u7684\u9762\u5f62\u68c0\u9a8c\uff0c\u786e\u4fdd\u6ce2\u524d\u7578\u53d8\u4f4e\u4e8e\u03bb\/10\uff08@632.8nm\uff09\u3002\u4ecb\u8d28\u819c\u7cfb\u91c7\u7528\u9ad8\u635f\u4f24\u9608\u503c\u7684\u6c27\u5316\u7269\u6750\u6599\uff08\u5982HfO\u2082\/SiO\u2082\uff09\u4ea4\u66ff\u6c89\u79ef\u800c\u6210\uff0c\u914d\u5408\u4f18\u5316\u7684\u819c\u5c42\u7535\u573a\u5206\u5e03\u8bbe\u8ba1\uff0c\u5c06\u5149\u6805\u7684\u6fc0\u5149\u635f\u4f24\u9608\u503c\u63d0\u5347\u81f31 Optics Pulse Compression Gratings \u8109\u51b2\u538b\u7f29\u884d\u5c04\u5149\u6805
